Sulaiman Al Habib, Chairman of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group 

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group’s board of directors reappointed today, Dec. 10, Chairman Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Habib (non-executive member) and appointed Obaid Abdullah Al Rasheed (independent member) as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the board also formed its committees in accordance with the approved responsibilities and authorities.

 

Further, the board appointed its secretary, as well as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

 

The company’s shareholders elected, on Dec. 4, board members for the next four-year term starting Dec. 10, 2024, according to data available to Argaam.
