Edaa deposits Arabica Star’s securities into shareholder accounts

Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited Arabica Star Co.’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec. 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available with Argaam, Arabica Star earlier floated on Nomu as many as 275,000 shares at SAR 64 each. This represented 25% of its SAR 11 million pre-IPO capital, divided into 1.1 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 10 apiece (equivalent to 20% of post-IPO capital). The IPO was 1,606.83% oversubscribed.
