Tihama board reappoints Bargash as Chairman, names Saleh Al Rashid as Vice Chairman

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors decided on Nov. 30 to reappoint Hatem Bin Ali Bargash as Chairman and appoint Saleh Al Rashid as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
Additionally, the board appointed a secretary and designated the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for matters related to implementing the Capital Market Law and its regulations.
