Jana Medical to debut on Nomu at SAR 44/shr today

The Nomu-Parallel Market will witness today, Dec. 1, the listing and trading of shares of Jana Medical Co. under the symbol 9616 and ISIN code SA165GM4M813, at SAR 44 each.

 

Shares will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and +/-10%, respectively.

The company floated 642,500 shares or 20% of post-increase capital on Nomu. The IPO was 150.4% covered.

 

This is the 25th listing on Nomu this year, including three direct listings, and 22 offerings to qualified investors.

 

Last year, Nomu witnessed 35 IPOs, including six direct listings, and 29 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT.

 

Jana Medical’s listing would bring the number of listed companies on Nomu to 102, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
