Amwaj OGM to vote on 10% cash dividend for 2023 on Dec. 19

Amwaj International Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, for 2023 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Dec. 19, according to a Tadawul statement.
