Al-Babtain signs SAR 777.2M contract to supply transmission line steel towers

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. signed today, Nov. 25, a contract with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. to supply 500KV HVDC overhead transmission line (OHTL) steel towers for SAR 777.22 million.

 

The contract is valid for 24 months, Al-Babtain said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that the supply process will begin in Q3 2025.

The company expects a positive financial impact starting from the first quarter of 2026.

 

There are no related parties to the contract.
