Khalid Al-Falih, Minister of Investment
A total of 1,238 international investors obtained Saudi Premium Residency for the Investor Residency product, Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih stated.
In the opening speech at the 28th World Investment Conference (WIC) held in Riyadh, Al-Falih said that Premium Residency is key in attracting foreign investments.
It streamlines procedures for investors and enhances their ability to leverage the investment opportunities available in the Kingdom, thereby strengthening its position as a global investment hub.
Al-Falih explained that this initiative aims to strengthen the investment sector by attracting investors across various economic sectors in the Kingdom. It enables them to take advantage of the opportunities and competitive benefits provided by the premium residency program.
He emphasized that this initiative is a practical way to attract and retain investments, supporting the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to bolster the national economy by creating jobs, facilitating knowledge transfer to local talent, and fostering the exchange of experiences.
According to the data available on Argaam, the Premium Residency Center offers seven products: Limited duration premium residency, unlimited duration premium residency, real estate owner residency, investor residency, entrepreneur residency, special talent residency, and gifted residency.
