The award was presented by the Saudi Customer Experience Association (SCXA) during its annual ceremony on Wednesday, 13 November, 2024, in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services.

 

This recognition celebrates alrajhi bank’s excellence in delivering an exceptional customer experience in the financial sector. The award acknowledges institutions that prioritize understanding and meeting customer needs, fostering trust, and providing seamless services to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Commenting on this achievement, Mr. Abdullah Aljabr, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at alrajhi bank, stated: “At alrajhi bank, we leverage emerging channels, advanced technologies, and data-driven insights to create innovative financial solutions and deliver a superior customer experience. Our strategic approach has yielded remarkable outcomes, culminating in this esteemed recognition.”

 

He added: “Our digital-first approach has significantly enriched the customer journey. According to our Customer Voice Index, we achieved a satisfaction rate of 75% for traditional banking services and 78% for digital banking services, outperforming the market average of 61% for digital services. These figures reaffirm alrajhi bank’s position as the preferred choice for tech-savvy banking customers.”

 

The award underscores alrajhi bank’s commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and maintaining its leadership in the financial services sector.

 

It is noteworthy that the second edition of the Customer Experience Forum has seen remarkable growth compared to its inaugural edition. The number of participating projects and entities has more than doubled. In the first edition, there were 180 projects submitted by 44 entities across 20 categories. In contrast, the current edition has achieved a significant milestone, with 327 projects submitted by 109 entities, spanning 49 categories.
