The share sale will run for five working days from Dec. 15-19, 2024.
Last September, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the application received from the company to list its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market.
Al Battal Factory for Chemical Industries C. was initially established as a branch of Al Battal Holding Co. (a limited liability company) under the name of Al Battal Chemical Industries Factory in 2007, then transformed into a closed joint stock company.
The company's current actual activity is the manufacture of cellulose ether products such as polyanionic cellulose "PAC", carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), salt auxiliary products, and thermal coating products.
