Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, affirmed the ministry’s dedication to expanding the Kingdom’s industrial base and ensuring the availability of essential products to support all sectors, especially amid the kingdom’s ongoing growth across various fields.

Speaking during a session at the Local Content Forum, Alkhorayef emphasized the ministry’s commitment to providing high-quality products at competitive prices with reliable supply timelines. This ensures that all entities can achieve their local content goals without disruptions.

He also stressed the importance of a robust industrial base capable of meeting the needs of diverse sectors such as construction, major projects, energy, and services.

The minister noted that the ministry is working on several initiatives, including linking major projects and government entities with the industrial sector to align the sector with future demand projections.
