Banan publishes documents for transition to TASI

Banan Real Estate Co. published the transition document for moving its shares from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

 

According to data available with Argaam, Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group) recently approved Banan’s request for the transition.

 

Banan’s shares were listed on Nomu in August 2021. The company’s capital is SAR 200 million, divided into 200 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 1 apiece.
