TAM signs MoU with Saudi Qantara to provide sports consulting services

TAM Development Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Qantara Sports Partners Co. to establish a general framework for cooperation and provide specialized consulting services in sports to support the industry in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

The MoU will enhance the capabilities of both the parties, in terms of advisory projects in the sports sector across various categories, whether governmental, semi-governmental, or private. This will be achieved by establishing a general framework for cooperation, the statement said.

 

The MoU will run for one calendar year, and may be renewed for similar periods, unless a party notifies of its desire not to renew at least 30 days before the expiration date.

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be determined at this time and there are no related parties involved, TAM said.

 

Saudi Qantara is an extension of a global sports company with over 25 years of experience in Europe in various fields of sports including, education, governance, recreational facilities, business, development, technology, and tourism.

 

Additionally, Saudi Qantara has 10 years of experience in the Middle East, including undertaking national projects and assisting private and public sports organizations in achieving practical results with tangible societal impact.

 

The company added that it will announce any updates when they occur.
