Chemanol reappoints Fares Al-Rajhi as Chairman, Yousif Al-Rajhi as Vice Chairman

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) board of directors reappointed Fares Al-Rajhi as Chairman and Yousif Al-Rajhi as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board has also formed the audit and executive committees for the current term.

 

Meanwhile, the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul have been appointed for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing Regulations.
