Clean Life signs SAR 7M credit facility with Al Rajhi Bank

Clean Life Co. signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Al Rajhi Bank for SAR 7 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The seven-year contract is secured by promissory notes and a land collateral.

 

The funds will go towards designing and constructing a residential building for Clean Life’s employees in Riyadh, the statement pointed out, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
