Tihama board assigns CFO as acting CEO

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors decided, on Nov. 6, to appoint Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Udoy Chatterjee as acting CEO, effective immediately.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Chatterjee’s has 30 years of work experience with major listed and unlisted companies in India, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

According to data available with Argaam, Tihama recently approved the dismissal of CEO Abdulaziz Al-Suwailem.
