MIS signs SAR 1.2B supply deal with Tahakom

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a unified framework agreement with Saudi Co. for Technology and Security Comprehensive Control (Tahakom), at a value of SAR 1.23 billion (including VAT), to supply technical information systems products and services, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The agreement will be valid for 36 months, said the company, adding that there are no related parties.

According to MIS, this agreement will have a positive financial impact starting from the date of receipt of the first purchase orders after the agreement.

 

The orders received sequentially will be announced at the appropriate time, including the periods in which they will be reflected.
