Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors approved today, Nov. 5, the dismissal of CEO Abdulaziz Al-Suwailem from his position.

 

Meanwhile, the company retains its legal right to monitor all violations and retaliate in this regard, vowing to announce any developments in due course.

Tihama also authorized the Board Chairman to file any lawsuit against Al-Suwailem, pertaining the right to delegate others to do so.

 

The decision is effective immediately, it noted.

 

According to data available to Argaam, Tihama appointed Al-Suwailem as Managing Director and CEO in November 2023.

 

In May, Tihama said Al-Suwailem resigned from his position as an executive board member and Managing Director due to personal reasons but retained his CEO post.
