CMA fines Cenomi Retail for financial disclosure delay

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) for violating Section (c) of the general instructions for the companies' announcement of annual and interim financial results.
 
 
In a statement today, Nov. 4, the market regulator said Cenomi Retail missed the regulatory deadline to publish its preliminary financials for the period ended March 31, 2024, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website.
