Trading ban on Fakeeh Care’s major shareholders ends today

The ban on Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co.'s (Fakeeh Care) major shareholders from selling shares was lifted today, Nov. 4, six months after the stock began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on June. 5, 2024.

 

Major shareholders, who own 77% of the company's capital, were subject to a six-month ban starting from the stock’s debut on Tadawul.

As of today, they can sell their shares without prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
