Development Works Food Co.'s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term beginning Oct. 30, 2024.

The approval took place during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 23, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly-elected members are Faisal Abdulkarim, Saud Abdulkarim, Thunayan Althunayan, Suliman Alghoumaiz, Abdulmajeed Al Misfir and Mohammed Aleid.
