Health Minister Fahad Al-Jalajel said that investment opportunities in the healthcare sector are expanding, with Saudi Arabia leading the region in healthcare investments.

 

During his opening speech at the Global Health Exhibition, Al-Jalajel noted that the healthcare sector is the fastest growing in the Saudi market, adding that the largest IPO this year was for a company operating in the healthcare sector.

 

He further emphasized that Saudi Arabia aims to become a hub addressing global healthcare challenges through a government-led approach under Vision 2030.

 

This will be achieved through developing regulations to boost investment in innovation, creating a healthcare system powered by digital solutions and AI, enhancing the local healthcare workforce, and attracting top global talents, the minister noted.
