Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO Holding) is in the pursuit of completing the measures pertaining to changing the brand identity, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
This included changing the official logo as well as all marketing materials, in addition to updating the company website and email addresses, the statement added.
 

The company indicated that it adopted a new logo and visual identity in line with the new name, reflecting its strategic direction as an investment holding company.

 

SISCO Holding’s new visual identity will be officially used as of today, Oct. 16. The new changes are aimed at enhancing communication with investors and shareholders, with no impact on the company’s ownership structure or shareholders’ equity.

 

In November 2023, shareholders approved amending the company’s bylaws related to its name and objectives. Accordingly, the company’s name was changed to Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO Holding), data compiled by Argaam showed.
