2P expects the related financial impact to be positive from 2024 to 2027.

This came as part of unifying communication channels and improving the experience of beneficiaries of services provided by SAMA.

SAMA aims to enhance the level of support, guidance, and direction to all segments of beneficiaries of its services, whether corporates or individuals in Saudi Arabia or abroad, to meet the central bank’s current and future requirements.

This is to enhance beneficiary care in line with its overall strategy to improve services and improve the customer experience by adopting best service practices and complying with the highest international standards in customer care and experience management.

SAMA aims to deliver services to customers by relying on qualified Saudi national cadres who are trained professionally to execute beneficiary care activities and various support services.

This will be achieved by leveraging the latest technology in customer relationship management systems, enterprise support request management applications, and multi-channel interactive communication platforms to facilitate access to services and create sound user interface, regardless of the preferred communication channel.
