In a statement issued today, Oct. 7, the CMA said that investing without thoroughly reviewing a fund's terms and conditions and understanding its contents may entail significant risks.

Investors are urged to carefully examine the fund’s terms and conditions, which contain detailed information about the fund, investment strategy, and associated risk factors. This evaluation is crucial for assessing the feasibility of an investment.

If investors encounter difficulties in understanding the content of the terms and conditions, they are advised to consult the fund manager for clarification.

The CMA also stressed that its approval of the fund's offering should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the investment's feasibility. The approval indicates that the fund has met the regulatory requirements outlined in the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
