Al Rasheed appoints Hamad Al Rasheed as Chairman

Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed & Partners Co.’s board of directors appointed today, Oct. 7, Hamad Al Rasheed as Chairman and Mohsen Al Rasheed as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
 
The board appointed Bader Al-Rasheed as Managing Director and CEO, as well as a board secretary.
 
 

The Audit Committee includes Abbas Al-Musaed (Chairman), the CFO of Al Jouf Cement Co. with a master’s in accounting and over 24 years of experience in finance, telecom, aviation, and industry. Mohsen Al Rasheed (Member), General Manager of Riyadh House Mining Co., brings over 27 years of experience in mining, trade, and investment. Ayed Al-Rasheed (Member), Executive Director at the Authority for Economic Cities, holds a Ph.D. in Economic Development and has extensive experience in finance and consulting across sectors.

 

The Nominations and Remuneration Committee includes Faris Al Faris (Chairman), with 18 years of experience in financial markets. Nawaf Al Qahtani (Member), a Senior Accountant with a finance degree and five years of experience, and Sarah Ali Rajhi (Member), a Legal Specialist with a law degree and over five years of experience in legal and administrative tasks.
