Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.'s board of directors approved today, Oct. 3, reappointing Abdullah Al Othaim as Chairman and Bader Alaujan as Vice Chairman, according to a filing to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

Bandar Albohiry was also appointed as secretary of the board of directors.

In addition, the board appointed members of the audit, remuneration and nominations, as well as executive committees.

 

The company's representatives were also appointed to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
