Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the potential IPO of SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co., set the offering price range at SAR 2.5-2.7 per share, according to Tadawul website.

The book-building process for qualified investors will run from Oct. 2-8.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company plans to float 10 million shares on Nomu, or 20% of its capital, at a par value of SAR 1 each.
