Tihama expects to publish Q1 2024/25 results before October-end

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced its inability to timely publish its financial results for Q1 ended June 30, 2024, pending external auditing. The respective income statement is expected to be released before Oct. 30.

Given the expiry of the statutory deadline for financial disclosure, the company's stock trading will remain suspended as of July 30, until the income statement is out, it said in a Tadawul statement today, Sept. 29.

Developments in the process of finalizing the first-quarter financials will be announced on a monthly basis, Tihama noted, stressing its commitment to duly disclose any relevant material developments.

On Sept. 9, Tihama announced its inability to issue the Q1 2024/25 financial results on time for being in the works by the financial department. It had formerly been predicted that the preliminary first-quarter income statement would be released before Sept. 30, according to data available to Argaam.
