Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) set the criteria for selecting the targeted taxpayers in the 16th wave for implementing the “Integration Phase” of e-invoicing, including all taxpayers whose VAT-taxable topline exceeded SAR 3 million during 2022 or 2023.

All targeted taxpayers to which the 16th wave applies must comply to integrate their e-invoices with the Fatoora Platform from April 1, 2025, until June 30, 2025, maximum.

ZATCA will notify individuals who meet the outlined criteria through its approved communication channels during the specified timeframe.
