Nahdi shareholders OK amending company’s objectives

Shareholders of Nahdi Medical Co. approved amending Article 4 of the company’s bylaws related to the company’s objectives during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 18.

In a statement to Tadawul, Nahdi said some activities have been added to the company's objectives, including the production of plastic products, manufacturing of plastic containers and boxes, production of corrugated paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard containers, manufacturing of folded or single cartons, boxes, and bags from paper or corrugated cardboard under manufacturing industries.

Other activities include the production of paints, varnishes, similar coatings, printing inks, and mastics, manufacturing of adhesives or similar non-thermal preparations used for filling or surface leveling.

Nahdi also introduced the production of other wooden products, manufacturing of cork items, straw, and plaiting materials – processing and manufacturing of natural cork and cork products, including cork sheets, boards, tiles, and agglomerated cork.
