Sadr appoints Mohammed Al-Samaani as Chairman

Sadr Logistics Co.’s board of directors elected, on Sept. 16, Mohammed Al-Samaani as Chairman (independent member) and Bandar Al-Samaani as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director (executive member), the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

Hussain Abdulhaq was elected as board secretary. The audit committee was also restructured with Sultan Al Shubaily as Chairman, and Yazeed Al-Hayyaf and Khalid Al Mudaifer as members.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was also reformed with Khalid Al-Bakri as Chairman, and members Yazeed Al-Hayyaf and Khalid Ghandoora.

 

The company appointed Majid Al-Essa (board member and CEO) and Ahmed Qurtam (CFO) as its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), respectively.
