The Human Resources Development Fund's (HADAF) board of directors approved the regulations on violations of the fund subsidies, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The regulations aim to safeguard the public funds, curb violations, and prevent the misuse of subsidies, through establishing a regulatory framework for the violations, as well as outlining the related procedures and penalties. This also includes the procedures for the fund to recover the disbursed subsidies and the appealing actions.

HADAF highlighted the procedures for following up on the implementation of subsidy programs through field visits to facilities, submitting bank documents proving the transfer of subsidy to the beneficiary's bank account, or via the Madad platform.

This is in addition to reviewing and examining documents related to subsidy agreements and beneficiaries, communicating directly with beneficiaries, as well as verifying the accuracy of the data submitted to the fund regarding subsidy.
