MIS inks contract with SABIC, value exceeds 20% of 2023 revenue

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed on Sept. 3 a contract to provide Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) with Microsoft products and services, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract’s value exceeds 20% of the company’s revenue for 2023.

 

The contract will extend for three years, and includes no related parties, the statement added.

 

The relevant positive financial impact will appear as of Q4 2024.

 

MIS reported SAR 1.45 billion revenue in 2023, data compiled with Argaam showed.
