Alwasail Industrial Co. shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation to pay a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.05 per share, for H1 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Sept. 24, according to a Tadawul statement.
