Sadr Logistics OGM elects board members for 4-year term

Sadr Logistics Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Sept. 16, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Aug. 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Bandar Al-Sammaani, Mohammed Al-Sammaani, Khalid Al-Mudaifer, Majed Al-Essa, and Khaled Al-Bakry.
