Elm Co. signed a partnership agreement with Al-Ahsa Development Authority, under which the former will provide consulting services related to building digital capabilities, enabling the authority’s digital transformation while providing the skills and competencies necessary to develop service application, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

 

Under the agreement, Elm will work with Al-Ahsa Development Authority to prepare a roadmap for implementing IT initiatives, projects, and digital enablers for the next five years, Official Spokesman and CEO Vice President of Marketing at Elm Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi said.

The plan is to develop capabilities, attract competencies, and establish mechanisms for governance and performance management, he further stated.

 

He added that the company will also undertake all related services as per the highest quality standards and top professional practices. This is in line with a tailored plan that includes quality control procedures and tools to enable their review and approval by the authority.
