2P renews, ups SAR 265M credit facilities with Al Rajhi Bank

Prefect Presentation for Commercial Service Co. (2P) signed today, Aug. 26, an agreement with Al Rajhi Bank for the renewal and increase of a Sharia-compliant banking facility worth SAR 265 million.

 

The facility, which will be valid till Aug. 25, 2025, is secured by promissory notes to the amount of the total facility limit, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The credit facility will be utilized for newly awarded projects and issuing letters of guarantees. The company noted that there are no related parties.
