Naba Alsaha renews Islamic credit facilities at SAR 250M with Riyad Bank

Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. renewed and increased Sharia-compliant credit facilities at SAR 250 million with Riyad Bank, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The Islamic facilities will be used to finance the Naba Al-Saha Hospital project in Al-Munisiyah district in Riyadh.

The credit facilities’ tenor will extend for nine years and were obtained on Aug. 22, 2024.
 
They were guaranteed by real restate guarantees as well as combined payment and performance bonds, and there are no related parties included, the statement added.
