ASG Plastic Factory to debut on Nomu on Aug. 18

ASG Plastic Factory Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 18, under the symbol 9607 and ISIN code SA1640OKM4H8.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said.

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of ASG Plastic Factory into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Aug. 14.

 

The company floated 750,000 shares on Nomu, representing 10.64% of capital, Argaam's data showed.

 

The offering was 321.10% subscribed at SAR 44 per share.
