GAS decides 15% dividend for H1 2024, plans reserve transfer to retained earnings

GAS Arabian Services Co.’s (GAS) board of directors decided to distribute cash dividends at 15% of capital, or SAR 0.15 per share, for H1 2024.

In a separate statement to Tadawul, the company said the board recommended, on Aug. 6, that the general assembly approve transferring the entire statutory reserve of SAR 36.87 million, as in the 2023 financial statements, to retained earnings.
