GACO extends Faisal Al-Khamis' appointment as MD

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) board of directors decided on Aug. 3 to extend the appointment period of Faisal Al-Khamis as Managing Director until Dec. 31, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

In October 2023, GACO’s board of directors named Al-Khamis (independent member) as Managing Director, Argaam earlier reported. His membership status would be amended to an executive member as of Nov. 1, 2023, until April 30, 2024, GACO said.

In April, the company extended the MD’s appointment for three months, from May 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024.
