GIG shareholders elect board members for new 4-year term

Gulf Insurance Group’s (GIG) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term beginning July 31, 2024.

 

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 31, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The newly elected members are Yousef Abalkhil, Bijan Khosrowshahi, Paul Adamson, Jean Cloutier, Hani Obaid, Bader Al Jeraisy, Ali Alhendal, Osama Kishk and Bader Alrabiah.

 

Moreover, shareholders approved amending Article 15 of the company’s bylaws related to the company’s management, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
