On its official X account, the airline stated that it is currently working with the service provider and all relevant authorities to fix the glitch and provide alternative systems to ensure the operations continue normally as soon as possible.
flynas pointed out the disruption caused by this global malfunction is beyond its control, affirming its commitment to protecting passengers' rights and compensating them according to the Customer Protection Rights Regulation of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
