LIVA Insurance gets BSF’s approval to provide insurance services

LIVA Insurance Co. received, on July 15, the approval of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) to provide insurance services to the bank for one year starting from July 16, 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, LIVA said the contract value exceeds 10% of total revenue as per the latest audited financial statements for 2023.

The contract was made within the normal course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits, the statement added.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results for 2024 and 2025, the statement pointed out, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

The contract is expect to be signed today, July 16, the statement highlighted.
