ProMedEx board recommends dividend freeze for 2023

Professional Medical Expertise Co.'s (ProMedEx) board of directors recommended withholding dividends for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decision aims to expand the company's current and future operations, preserve liquidity, and strengthen the company's financial position, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

It added that the recommendation will be submitted for approval at the general assembly meeting, which will be scheduled.
