Batic unit inks SAR 40M contract for facility management services

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. said that AMNCO Facility Management Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of AMNCO, signed on July 11 a contract with Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment at a total value of over SAR 40 million for the entire contract term.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the contract is valid for three years starting Aug. 1, 2024. Under the contract, the unit will provide specialized and qualified personnel, materials and machines for facility management services (cleaning) in several entertainment venues, namely VOX Cinema, Yalla Bowling, Magic Planet, Dreamscape and Majid Al-Futtaim Entertainment Head Office.

Batic expects a positive financial impact throughout the contract term, which is likely to show from the contract's effective date.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
