Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) increased its Shariah-compliant facilities agreement with Riyad Bank by SAR 121 million, bringing the total value of the facilities to SAR 356 million.

 

The financing period extends until July 10, 2025, with guarantees secured by a promissory note equivalent to the facility value, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The financing aims to support the contract for operating the Ministry of Health's call center (937). The company confirmed no related parties are involved.

 

2P won the tender to operate the Ministry of Health's call centers for 24 months, valued at SAR 201 million, including VAT.

 

In March 2023, the company signed a banking facilities agreement with Riyad Bank worth SAR 235 million.
