Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.'s board of directors reappointed Abdullah Alabdulatif as Chairman, during a meeting held today, July 4, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The board also decided to reappoint Saud Al-Sabhan as Vice Chairman.

Moreover, Abdullah Alsourayia was named the board secretary.

 

The board also formed the remuneration and nominations committee, including Mohammedd Quraisha as an independent member. It appointed the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul for all matters related to the implementation of the CMA's regulations.
