MEFIC REIT cuts operational cost for Plaza 1 in Riyadh

Middle East Financial Investment Co. (MEFIC Capital) announced an update to the terms and conditions of the MEFIC REIT Fund, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The fund signed an annex to the management and operation contract, which includes reducing the operational costs for Plaza 1 property located in Riyadh with the current operator, Sustainable Properties Co.
