Burgerizzr shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Shatirah House Restaurant Co.’s (Burgerizzr) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term beginning July 7, 2024.

 

The approval took place during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 27, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The newly-elected members are Mohamed Al-Ruwaigh, Sami Al-Obaid, Mohamed Al-Shahil, Ziyad Al-Barrak, and James C. Hartenstein.
